OpenAI has released its ChatGPT app for Windows, letting users easily access the AI chatbot while doing other tasks. Some features, like voice modes and cloud connections, are not available yet but will be added later. You can upload files for analysis, and there’s a handy keyboard shortcut (“Alt + Space”) to quickly switch to the app when multitasking. The app also remembers where you last placed it on your screen.

It’s great to see ChatGPT now available on Windows for easier access, but it’s a bit disappointing that some key features are still missing. Hopefully, future updates will bring full functionality to match the macOS and web versions soon.
