By accessing or using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms. You may use our Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree to comply with all our usage policies and other documentation we make available to you.
You may not use the Services for any illegal or harmful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
Greymatterz Services may require you to download software that updates automatically. Such software may include open-source components governed by separate licenses.
You may provide input (such as data or instructions) to the Services, which will generate output based on that input. You retain ownership of your input and any associated output generated. However, output may not always be unique to you, as other users might receive similar output from the Services.
Given the evolving nature of AI, output from our Services may not always be accurate. You are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of the output for your specific use case, including verifying any factual information.
If you do not want your input and output to be used for model training purposes, you can opt out by following the instructions in our Help Center.
If you subscribe to our paid services, you are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and providing a valid payment method. You will be charged based on your subscription plan, and renewals will occur automatically unless you cancel. Taxes will be applied where applicable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will only be provided as required by law.
We may change our prices, and if we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Price increases will only affect your next renewal, giving you the option to cancel if you do not agree to the new rates.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, fail to comply with our usage policies, or if required by law. We may also terminate inactive accounts that do not have a paid subscription after one year of inactivity.
If we decide to discontinue any of our Services, we will provide advance notice and issue refunds for any prepaid, unused services.
Our Services are provided "as-is," and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you agree to use the Services at your own risk.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to resolve it through final and binding arbitration, unless you opt out within 30 days of account creation.
You agree to bring disputes only on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class arbitration.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use our Services after any changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
